Assistant Client Services Coordinator:
Supports the functions of Client Services Coordinators through the performance of such duties as conducting administrative reviews of IRB submissions, sending out clarifications and determining the adequacy of subsequent responses, answering calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner and serving as a liaison between clients and internal staff. Adheres to internal SOPs and external regulations to ensure compliance. Maintains an understanding of the regulations that govern human subject protection.
Client Services Coordinator I:
Administratively and strategically supports sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), institutional clients and research sites for delivery of all institutional review board (IRB) services relating to protection of human subjects in research. Client Services Coordinators provide exemplary customer service through verbal and written form while achieving and maintaining strict timelines and quality communications.
